Recording from 3/28/2019 MLUX SF x Salesforce: Data Driven Personas - Bringing Data Science Techniques to UX Research
Description of event: We're excited to announce our next MLUX SF meetup at Salesforce! For this event, we'll be diving deep into how Salesforce's User Research and Analytics team combines interviews, large-scale surveys, and statistical analysis to create Data Driven Personas. We're so excited for Salesforce to share their approach with us!
Bringing Data Science techniques to UX Research - Data Driven Personas: Personas are a common output of UX research teams, but sometimes they have a bad reputation for being anecdotal, misleading, or even silly. The User Research and Analytics team at Salesforce combines quantitative and qualitative methods to create personas that are used and trusted by our design, product, and engineering teams. Connie and Tuhina will share the process, statistical analysis, and key learnings behind our most recent Admin and Developer personas.
